Product description

• VERTIGO, in the Basic version, is a new line of products perfect for creating vertical cooking with a rotisserie, avoiding annoying backfires. Vertigo Basic has a comfortable cooking area measuring 58 × 37 cm and, both behind and under the cooking area, is equipped with two spaces for charcoal or wood to alternate vertical and traditional horizontal cooking as desired.
• Two chromed steel cooking grids for food are supplied; one is rotatable with a central rotisserie rod (motor optional) and can be positioned more or less close to the rear vertical fire (5 distances to choose from!), while the grill for classic horizontal cooking is positioned on the wire frame which makes it easier to move to another four levels of heights according to cooking needs; about twenty skewers can also be placed on the frame.
