BLACK ROCK MALT FOR COLONIAL LAGER BEER
Malt prepared to produce 23 liters of "Colonial Lager" type beer with a classic straw color and light body.
New Zealand Lager style beer. Inspired by German lagers, light, blonde, dry, not very bitter and decidedly refreshing. Compared to the "Lager" version this is drier and bitter on the palate.
The package contains a sachet of dry yeast. Serve at 8 ° C.
