TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Very high purity zirconium oxide ceramic blade
- Production made according to the tradition of ceramic cutlery
- Japanese, in three steps: dry pressing, isostatic compaction, very high temperature sintering (over 1000 °)
- High precision sharpening performed manually with diamond wheels
- The isostatic compaction allows to obtain exceptional blades
- hardness and compactness, very thin and able to maintain
- sharpening for a very long time
- Non-slip ABS handle, ergonomic, soft to the touch
- Exceptional balance and lightness to not tire the user
- They do not contain metals - they prevent oxidation of vegetables and are hypoallergenic (nickel free)
