• PEGASO is equipped with a very large chromed grill for food, with dimensions of 75 × 37 cm, widely protected by three-sided screen side panels which simultaneously perform the function of support and positioning on three heights.
• The "plus" of Pegaso, in addition to the size of the food grill, is the stainless steel: the parts most in contact with the fire (internal and external brazier, screen) are made of AISI 430 for a safe fire resistance and a more effective cleaning.
• Furthermore, in the front part of the barbecue there is a handy ash drawer which, together with some holes on the external brazier, serve to favor the combustion of the charcoal.
• The assembly of the legs is easy, just act on the individual wing nuts that lock the fixing screws, all done for maximum stability.
