• It is made of AISI 430 stainless steel sheet with legs and shelves in painted steel. It is equipped with a side brazier and cooking is provided with embers. We recommend that the embers be inserted already red to avoid smoke that could "stain" the food. The material used is easy to clean and guarantees excellent durability. The rotisserie is equipped with a 220V electric motor with 2 revolutions per minute, approved and certified. It has a lateral support surface for use by the cook. The shelf under the body of the rotisserie - on which a container must be placed - collects the sauce that will be reused. The two side handles allow for easy movement. The cooking compartment is easily accessible by opening the front door. The radial pattern, produced in steel “skinny triangles”, works “as a satellite” and each lance also turns on itself; moreover, each spear can be removed and inserted individually, facilitating both preparation and serving on the table. Each spear is 66 cm long. This model is recommended for 12/15 large portions. It can be equipped with many accessories such as: the electrical panel, the rotating grill, the grills for fish, the pork shank holder or cockerel kit.
