CONAZ BOVINE MOZZETTA GLOSSY cm. 19
blade length cm. 8
MOZZETTA
This knife owes its name to the severed point which is absolutely missing as if the blade had been cut off. Pointless knives became much more widespread with the "Giolitti law" of 1908 which fixed the length of the blade of pointed knives at only four centimeters. For mozzette the limit rose to ten centimeters, offering the possibility of safely carrying a knife of sufficient size in your pocket without risking the rigors of the law.
