Monoammonium phosphate (MAP)

Hortipray®

MAP is miscible with any water-soluble fertilizer, except calcium-containing fertilizers and concentrated magnesium solutions. In hydroponics, it must normally be added to the tank along with sulfates and trace elements.

Hortipray®

MAP has a buffering effect which favors the stabilization of the pH of the solution at about 4.2.
