BORON 21 PG is a microgranular formulation containing boron, pure and totally water-soluble, for foliar and root applications. BORON 21 PG is used for the prevention and treatment of boron deficiencies, even those induced. Boron is a generally not very mobile element and it is therefore possible to lack it even on equipped soils. The product applied promptly prevents the deficiency of the element. Boron is essential for the production process of all plants; in fact, it stimulates the elongation of the pollen tube and regulates cell multiplication thus allowing the regular development of the entire reproductive phenomenon. Its presence ensures abundant and homogeneous fruiting. Boron intervenes in the metabolism of sugars allowing their accumulation, participates in the formation of fats and is therefore very important for oil crops and also regulates the oxidation of indolacetic acid which, if in excess, produces anomalies on the cells and parsley of the leaves .
