Contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt.
Improves the body, the aftertaste and the persistence of the FOAM.
Method
1. Mix malt and Intensifier Enhancer 2 in 3 lt. of hot water.
2. Fill the container with cold water until it reaches 23 liters. and mix.
3. Sprinkle the yeast on the surface of the wort and mix lightly.
4. The fermentation temperature should be kept between 21C and 27C.
5. Bottle when the density reaches about 1010.
