Suitable for producing 23 liters of finished beer. Sugar to add kg. 1, final alcohol content na, final density na, bitter IBU 560, color EBC 1500. A rich dark beer with aromatic hints of coffee, chocolate and licorice, toasted and bitter notes with a dry finish. An authentic recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted barley, barley flakes and hops. During the pouring into the glass a turbulent action will be produced which will lead to the formation of foam. a full-bodied, beige and persistent foam.
