PULVIGEL is a preparation for the clarification of wines. Suitable for musts and wines that are difficult to clarify.

'Allergen Free' product according to directive 2007/68 / EC.

Box of 2 bags of 50 grams each

Composition:

Bentonite 77%

Animal gelatin 10%

Vegetable protein 10%

PVPP 3%

Doses of use:

30 ÷ 50 g / hl for rested and veiled wines

70 ÷ 100 g / hl for young and moderately cloudy wines

100 ÷ 130 g / hl for very turbid wines
