Complex clarifier for red wines with a high spectrum of action
Composition
Bentonite powder, atomised gelatin, egg albumin, activated carbon.
How to use
Thanks to the synergistic action of the components, enocalr-r allows to obtain a rapid chirification of wines with the formation of low volumes of lees.
The combined presence of different protein clarifiers allows to obtain an improvement in the organoleptic quality of the wine, while bentonite ensures protein stabilization.
Disperse enoclar-r in 10% hot water under continuous stirring and immediately add to the mass to be clarified following careful pumping over.
After 4-5 days the wine is ready for decanting.
