Description

REDUCING ANTIOXIDANT ANTICASSE GR. 100

Product indicated for the treatment of oxidized wines and for effective oxidative prevention.
It allows to recover the affected wines from cases, favoring the elimination of anomalous odors and restoring freshness to the wines.
It has a double effect: anticasse and antioxidant thanks to the inhibition of oxidation enzymes by ascorbic acid and sulfur dioxide.
It also exerts a stabilizing effect, thanks to casein and sulfur dioxide towards coloring substances.


Composition:
Potassium metabisol ph to 35.7% - Citric acid anhydrous 35.7% - L-ascorbic acid (Vit C) 25% - 3.6% metatartic acid

GENERAL FEATURES
Appearance: white-beige powder with a faint odor of sulfur dioxide.
Product particularly suitable for the treatment of oxidized wines and for effective oxidative prevention.
It allows to recover the affected wines from cases, favoring the elimination of anomalous odors and restoring freshness to the wines.
It has a double antioxidant and anti-fatal effect, due to the inhibition of the oxidasic enzymes present, by the action of ascorbic acid and sulfur dioxide.
It also has a stabilizing effect, thanks to casein and sulfur dioxide, towards coloring substances.

APPLICATIONS
Due to its full spectrum of action, it is used both in the treatment of fine wines and in that of table wines.

DOSES
20-40 g / hL for slightly oxidized wines
40-60 g / hL for very oxidized wines

METHOD OF USE
Dissolve the product in 10% water and add to the wine while stirring. Depending on the wine to be treated, it may be useful to perform the treatment in association with bentonite, to be used after the RIDUCENT.
Filter after clarification and avoid subsequent aeration of the wine.
