Composition:
Bentonite 50%
Vegetable protein 30%
Colloidal silica 10%
PVPP 10%
Doses of use:
30 ÷ 50 g / hl for rested wines.
80 ÷ 100 g / hl for musts and wines that are difficult to clarify.
