TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Bishop Crown hot pepper seeds from the VogliaPiccante line.
- Also known as the Bishop's Hat (Capsicum Baccatum) it produces a fruit with a characteristic bell shape (from which it takes its name) with 3 lateral protuberances located near the apex.
- The fruit has dimensions of about 6-8 cm in diameter and about 5-7 cm in length and during ripening it changes from green to orange and then to red, while the plant forms a large bush (height about 120 cm, diameter about 100 cm).
- The Bishop's Crown is one of the varieties of chillies belonging to the category of "capsicum baccatum", that is plants with fruits of medium spiciness, but very fleshy and excellent for various uses.
