TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Jalapeno Early spicy chili seeds from the VogliaPiccante line.
• Jalapeno peppers are among the most popular in cooking for their unique, not too spicy and aromatic flavor.

• The fruits of the Jalapeno Early variety are part of the Capsicum pepper family, originating in Mexico. They are very juicy and fleshy, they are also used as a remedy for seasonal allergies and cardiovascular problems. They have a hanging habit and measure about 5-8 cm in length and 2-4 cm in width, their color when fully ripe is crimson red.
• The Early variety is distinguished by a greater and earlier fruit production than the others.

• It is necessary to bear in mind that these fruits, during the ripening period, can develop black spots which disappear however once they have reached complete ripeness. It is not a disease and the fruits do not rot for it.
