Description

The PC.VK 1080 vacuum sealing machine from ProfiCook is ideal for the vacuum storage of various types of food. Sous-vide food is ideal for cooking and can be heated in the microwave.

The food sealer is ideal for dividing large quantities of food into smaller portions. It can be used with firm commercial plastic film or with strong plastic bags (maximum 30 cm wide). It can save space and allows you to store food safely without preservatives. Once sealed, the food stays fresh up to 5 times longer and retains all its vitamins and nutrients. Vacuum sealing also protects food from improper freezing. It is perfect for seasoned or marinated food, in fact the sealing increases the aroma.

Cooking under vacuum (Sous-vide) allows a light cooking in their own juice without drying or losing nutrients during preparation. Thanks to the electronic vacuum control , the sealer is also suitable for delicate foods.
