WILD HERBS CHINESE GARLIC SEEDS

• Chinese garlic or Chinese chives is a perennial aromatic herb native to East Asia. It is similar to the more well-known chives, even in aroma, but its leaves have a flattened rather than tubular shape. Moreover, unlike chives, in the autumn months it remains vital and lush and it is possible to harvest it and use it fresh, even if in limited quantities. In the winter months, on the other hand, it goes into quiescence and then drives back the following spring. In the kitchen it is possible to use it in any type of recipe and while maintaining the aroma of garlic it is much more digestible.
