Description
BAYER OBERON INSECTIC AGAINST ALEUROID MITES BASED ON Spiromesifen ML. 500
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Oberon is the first specific insecticide for greenhouse horticultural crops (tomato, pepper, aubergine, cucumber, courgette, pumpkin, melon, watermelon, strawberry and green bean) which is highly effective against mites and whiteflies.
- Oberon contains spiromesifen, a new active substance characterized by an original mechanism of action that allows the implementation of effective anti-resistance strategies.
- The product acts mainly by contact and partially by ingestion; it is also endowed with translaminar activity which allows it to reach insects on the underside of leaves. Oberon is selective towards pollinators (bumblebees) and auxiliaries (anthocorides, phytoseids, myrids, etc.) used in modern integrated defense in greenhouses.
- Oberon's technical, residual and ecotoxicological profile responds to the severe demands of the agri-food chain and the needs of large-scale distribution, making the product a specific tool for producers of greenhouse vegetable crops.
