Composition
Potassium bicarbonate 90%
Neutral potassium tartrate 10%
Doses 50/60 liters of wine: normally 150 / 200g per 100 liters are sufficient for the correction of sparkling wines with a vinegary flavor or unripe wines. however, we recommend carrying out small tests to establish the most suitable dose, without exceeding 250/300 gr. per hectoleter
Use
Dissolve the sanavin directly in the wine to be treated, mix and leave to rest for a few hours, bearing in mind that with this operation, abundant foam is formed
