Description
WILD HERBS SEEDS OF sorrel
- Sorrel, also known as rba brusca due to its sour taste, is an aromatic herb whose leaves can be used in the kitchen to flavor salads or, cooked, as if they were spinach. Perennial and rustic, very widespread in its spontaneous state, it has an erect and reddish stem and lanceolate and fleshy leaves, with narrower tops, with an intense and characteristic smell. The greenish-red flowers, gathered in panicles, bloom from spring to August. It has a sour taste and is used in addition to fresh salads, spinach and cooked vegetables in general.
