Description
WILD HERBS RAPERNOZOLE SEEDS
- Rapunzel is an annual or biennial herbaceous belonging to the Campanula genus, as can be seen from the blue or lilac bell-shaped flowers. Rapunzel is considered by many to be a tasty vegetable, rich in fiber and vitamin C. It grows in the wild in the woods and meadows, from the plains to the mountains, but it is also easy to grow in your own garden. The bulbous roots, raw or cooked, which resemble a small turnip, are consumed above all of the rapunzel. The taste is slightly spicy with a sweetish, nutty aftertaste.
- Sowing Tips:
- Sowing outdoors: March to June
- Harvest: from January to April and from September to December
